Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Codeye, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Codeye is operated by Just4Work — contact: contact@just4work.com.

2. Description

Codeye is a mobile web inspector for developers: console logs, network requests, DOM, storage, and WebSocket inspection. It is intended solely for legitimate development, debugging, testing, and educational purposes.

3. Codeye Pro — subscriptions

• Codeye Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) purchased through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
• All payments are processed by Apple. We do not store payment details.

4. Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly. EU consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Codeye to:

• Intercept or tamper with traffic belonging to third parties without their consent.
• Circumvent security measures of any website or service.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

6. Accounts

The AI Assistant requires an account (via Clerk). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

7. Apple — third-party beneficiary

This agreement is between you and Just4Work only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Codeye or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

8. Export compliance

You confirm that you are not located in a region subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and code in Codeye are the property of Just4Work. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Codeye is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just4Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law (Just4Work, France). Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of French courts. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and take precedence where they conflict with these Terms.
